Tomasz Krzpiet – born in 1986. He graduated from the Secondary Art School in the Complex of Art Schools in Lublin. In 2007-2012, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw at the Department of Sculpture. In 2012, he obtained a diploma with distinction in the atelier of Professor Adam Myjak. Since 2014, he has been an assistant in the Studio of Artistic Casting Techniques at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He has participated in many solo and group exhibitions. He is a multiple scholarship holder of the Marshal of the Lubelskie Voivodeship in the field of artistic creativity. A significant factor for the theme of his works is the transformation – metamorphosis of organisms. He is interested in the moment of transition from one reality to another, which he tries to define by means of form, body and structure in the humanoid creations he brings into existence.
